The Monument Maker Process
When you are ready to purchase a headstone, gravestone or other memorial stone, there are many factors to consider. Not only do you need to think about finding a monument that best represents the life of your loved one, you must also consider budget. I will work on your behalf to find the absolute best price for your needs
The first step in the monument purchase is the size requirement and allowance in your specific cemetery. Next is the decision of what type of monument is desired: Upright, Slant, Pillow (Hickey), Flat (Grass) marker, or Bronze, which is then ordered.
Different cemeteries may have restrictions on the size, style and location of monuments. Here at Monumental Stone Works, we have many years of experience and serve all cemeteries, both municipal and rural.
Once we have discussed your thoughts and ideas, we will create a computerized layout of your memorial stone, which you can amend before providing final approval.
When signed approval of our design and artwork is complete, then we can begin on your memorial.
